Family Mindfulness Marathon

free intergenerational event, open to all ages and abilities. Join us for a day of yoga, meditation and mindfulness for the whole family. Come and discover how mindfulness is a superpower that helps individuals reduce stress, build resiliency, increase self-regulation, boost performance, and develop healthy habits. Four, 20-minute sessions will be led by local instructors from around the Boston area. Participants can drop in anytime between 4-6pm but must register for sessions. Light snacks and beverages will be provided.
Time: 4pm - 6pm (Registration opens at 3:30pm)

Building A Mindful City: Boston Panel Discussion and Q+A

Join us for a mindful evening of panel discussions focused on building a Mindful Boston. Panelists will include experts in the field, nonprofit and school leadership, and other community leaders (listed below). The session will explore how to adopt a system-wide integration of mindfulness in schools and communities in order to build a happier, more peaceful, productive, and compassionate world. Panelists will also discuss how the practice of mindfulness can grow and be sustained through the Ivy Child 'Mindfulness Multiplier Effect'. Light refreshment provided.
