About the Breathe Together Campaign

Ivy Child International, in partnership with lululemon Boston Here to Be invites you to join us in bringing mindfulness to kids and youth. Breathe Together is a campaign to help you build your mindfulness practice and inspire children to do the same. By joining this campaign, you are making a commitment to breathe together with your child at home or on the go for 10 minutes a day. If you don’t have a child, we ask that you make this commitment to breathe for yourself and in the spirit of bringing peace and compassion to children everywhere.

Our goal is to help children, families and communities develop a daily mindfulness practice to live healthier, happier, peaceful, and more compassionate lives. We need you as the adults in their lives to model and embody mindfulness in all that you do. We will be hosting two kick-off events on January 25, 2018 in collaboration with lululemon. Find more details below.

This campaign will run until the end of June 2018. We are grateful for everyone's support and hope you continue to practice mindful breathing with us.

WHY Practice Mindful Breathing?

Children and adults alike today can be overwhelmed by the stress, distractions, and conflicts of our world. Together we can develop the ability to focus on building peace, positivity, and stronger experiences while learning to manage our emotions.

Mindful breathing is a tool that helps us to be calm, positive, productive, and compassionate. We can share this practice with the children and through our own mindful breathing, envision a more peaceful and joyous life for the children of our world.
