Hi Friends! Thanks for visiting my page. This year, I'm looking to raise more awareness around the importance of mindfulness and how it helps everyone reduce stress, manage emotions better, build resilience, and overall - live a happier, more productive, and peaceful life.

I'm asking for YOUR help to reach my personal fundraising goal of $1000, so that Ivy Child can continue to provide yoga and mindfulness programs for children and families that can't normally afford or access this. No amount is too small - I'll appreciate all the support I can get!

I also encourage you to join me in our Breathe Together campaign this February 2018 and challenge yourself to practice mindful breathing for 10 minutes a day. Invite others to join you and bring some fun, positive competitiveness to it! Click on 'About' in the navigation bar above for more info about the campaign.
